NEASC-Accreditation Process

CCMS is glad to inform you that we have concluded our NEASC visit successfully.

From Monday, February 15th to Thursday 18th, we had our second accreditation visit from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) which was held virtually. NEASC is an independent, voluntary, nonprofit membership organization that connects and serves over 1500 public, independent, and international schools and colleges in the US and worldwide. A globally recognized standard of excellence, NEASC Accreditation attests to a school’s high quality and integrity.

Three evaluators observed classes, led meetings with different groups of stakeholders, and many members of our school community. Teachers, staff members, leadership, parents, and students participated in these meetings during those four days. Our school academic and non-academic staff worked relentlessly to provide a good understanding of our environment, students’ learning process, and all our practices.

We are excited to announce that we have moved on to the next stage of this process named “Internal Reflexion”. This achievement is mainly due to the support given by the parents and the work done by all of our students, staff members, and administrators.

In 4-6 weeks, we will receive the visitors’ report with specific recommendations that NEASC makes for us. After receiving it, we will create the school action plan in order to make improvements in our school systems and be ready for the next visit. This feedback will enrich our teaching practices and our students’ learning process.

CCMS is committed to providing the best learning opportunities for our students. This next step in the accreditation process confirms our school’s commitment to transforming learning.
